|Recommended: NoWeird Charges Gift Card Fraud — I finally received the vanilla gift card lease promotion via email after asking for it several times. First it’s not a good idea to give a virtual gift card and second it would be a good idea for the property management to allow you the option to apply the incentive to your rent or give a physical card. Once I finally received the email someone had used half of the amount I was given, so it’s currently under dispute. Really weird and also there are random charges placed with no explanation.

|Recommended: YesLove My New Home — Recent move to The Woodlands. Love how the complex is surrounded by trees. The staff have been amazing and communicate everything in a timely manner. The only slight downside is parking is hard to find at times. You can reserve a spot which is wonderful so that does help ensure perfect parking at all times. Aside from the parking...the complex is quiet, people are friendly and really enjoy living here.

|Recommended: YesNeeds Improvements — There is not enough dumpsters for the whole community, it's always overflowing and getting drug out everywhere by the vultures.
The company that comes and cuts grass and blows leaves, do absolutely nothing but shove the rubbish they clean up in a corner.
This needs to be addressed ASAP, they need to do their job or switch the company that does it

|Recommended: YesApartment 206 — Apartment was handed over in decent condition. Only the lights in the apartment was very dim. Most of the lights were yellow lights. I asked the leasing office to replace them, but they did not do that.
Apart from this little issue, the place is decent considering the rent that they charge.

|Recommended: YesI’m New To The Area — I moved here in June. Coming from a lake area I really tough was going to be hard to the adjustment but as sooner as I walked into The Trailpoint office Alba and Lina were amazing Alba helped me with all my paperwork from the beginning she made things easy for me. The complex is quit, everyone around are very nice. The complex just remodeled the pool and doing more upgrades to the property. The are is surrounded with very nice walking trails and some water duck ponds . The complex also have a small fishing ponds, nice for fishing and family gathering. Most of all they love pets 😍

The front office rains glitter with Lina and Alba . They're sweet delights Douglas, is of course amazing Everyone is Peachy, no complaints. I would recommend my friends to stay here .Of course, why not 4 years and counting....

|Recommended: Yes1 Year And Going — The original Management company was awesome. Not so sure about the new company. I hate the app they use, it’s the same as a dump I rented in Houston. It’s not user friendly and hard to track your payments or maintenance requests. Not a good sign of what’s to come. They jacked up the rent 200 in a years time. Maintenance is timely but the problem is not always fixed even though they say it is
